IMPACT – Annual Cultural Festival
In order to be competent and successful in every sphere of life, a student needs many traits but the most crucial of them is Confidence. Confidence: to accept oneself as one is, to take on challenges head on, to outperform even under constant pressure and to face difficult situations and to work continuously towards making oneself better.
We at YS believe in bringing every student on stage; imbibing confidence among all; polishing every individual in order to make our students competent and successful in every sphere of life. ‘IMPACT’ is a celebration where students are provided with a big platform to exhibit heart throbbing and lively performances in front of thousands of people. It helps to remove their hesitation and stage fear and thus imbibe confidence and courage to face the challenges. Students are fully charged, enthusiastic and full of zeal and create exciting atmosphere as if a marriage procession at a very large scale.
In IMPACT 2012, we observed the participation of more than 2000 students; in front of thousands of public; spread over 11 days. The event was indeed very successful and impactful, with over 7000 visitors cheering for the students performing on the stage this year. YS Schools together organized this Mega Fest at YS Auditorium in Handiaya.
It was indeed a journey to find ones strengths and to conquer ones fears. We have been extremely successful in instilling a never say no attitude and above all, confidence in our students. We are confident that Young scholars will succeed and bring laurels to the school and to the society wherever they go.
