Industrial Visits & Educational Visits
A good school is where students learn cognitive, creative and social aspects of life. For the attainment of such goals YS students are given abundant exposure to intermingle with the life outside the school campus from time to time.
| Students of +1 &+2 (Med. &Non-Med.) were taken to Hydroelectric Power Plant Dhaner to show them that How electricity is generated through water? How turbines work? What are the different resources of power? |
| Another set of students was also taken to Hydroelectric Power Plant, Quila Hakima. |

| Medical students of Y.S. Institutes went to Punjabi University Patiala with their teachers; they visited Biology Department, Geology Department and Biotechnology Department. They explored Botanical Garden, Photo Gallery and Herbarium Museum. |

| To nurture the feelings of Patriotism among students they were taken to Birth Place of Shaheed Udham Singh,Sunam,The Shaheed Smarka and The Olympic Stadium. They were shown the hand written letters of Shaheed Udham Singh. |
| 9th Class students went to Thikriwala village farm to learn new techniques of agriculture. They were told how to use different machines, the good quality of seeds and effective pesticides. |
| In addition to the regular theoretical and practical sessions, Students of +1 & +2 Medical stream were given the opportunity to have a glimpse of real life practice at Guru Nanak Dev Dental College Sunam |
| Students having aptitude for Art n Craft Activities were taken to Kurukshetra University. Students were amazed to see Fine Arts Department, Sculpture Lab, Clay Lab, Applied Graphic Lab, Photography Lab, Painting Lab, Poster Making Lab, Advertisement Lab, Landscape Studio and also Art n Craft Exhibition Hall. |
